ABOUT US

 Pentecost Community Development Agency (PENTCDA) is a community-based incorporated non-profit social service organization which was born out of Pentecost Social Services (PENTSOS), the social arm of Church of Pentecost Canada.

Our objectives are: to develop community programmes and projects both domestically and internationally; to provide economic, social, and charitable services to the deprived and marginalized communities and persons irrespective of race, creed or religion, or social standing; and to empower the needy and vulnerable by ushering them into a great spiritual heritage through humanitarian aid.

 

VISION

To be a model sustainable Christian Organization dedicated to meeting the holistic needs of individuals, families, and communities.

Exhibiting the love of God through the provision of various services to target groups.

Upholding the dignity of all people irrespective of race, colour, religion and social standing.

 

MISSION

Specifically, PENTCDA works:

  1. To provide interventions that will empower the deprived, particularly women and children, through education and income generation.

  2. To provide disaster relief to target groups where possible

  3. To provide health services and health education to various communities.

  4. To provide technical-, vocational-, and skills-training and support.

  5. To initiate and implement environmental conservation and development programmes.
